As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of building great teams and driving the People function forward. You’ll report to the Head of People & Culture and partner closely with the People & Workplace Experience Manager and People Partner as you shape how we attract, assess and welcome new Oneflow wizards.

You see recruitment as more than filling roles, it’s about shaping culture, creating great candidate experiences, and helping Oneflow grow sustainably.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and naturally build great relationships with candidates and colleagues alike.

What you’ll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments, from outreach and sourcing to interviews and offers

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, craft roles and shape hiring strategies

• Build pipelines of strong, diverse candidates using creative sourcing strategies

• Support employer-brand initiatives to strengthen Oneflow’s presence in the talent market

• Track and report on hiring metrics, continuously improving the process

• Ensure every candidate has a positive and transparent experience

Skills & requirements

• 3+ years experience with end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house)

• Strong sourcing skills, creative approach and experience using sourcing tools, including AI-based tools (beyond LinkedIn Recruiter)

• Strong communicator and influencer

• Data-informed and organized, you use tools and metrics to make decisions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment

• Energized by delivering great candidate experiences and building pipeline
  

Experience with tech/SaaS recruiting is a plus, but curiosity and drive matter most.
