Our Recruitment Process
At Oneflow, we hire many different roles, so our process can differ slightly depending on the seniority or department.
Before your first interview, you'll receive a deck highlighting each step and what you will be measured on.
In general, the process looks like this:
Your first meeting will be with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists to discuss your experience, talk about the role and discuss our company values.
Our TA team are Oneflow experts, so they can answer your initial questions. 🤍
We believe you are more than your CV, experience and education. We want to look for your potential, so we incorporate data driven decisions into our process. 🤓
Next, you'll meet your hiring manager. You will discuss your experience in more detail, whilst they assess competencies for the role.
You will also have a chance to ask all your final questions. 🫱🏼🫲🏾
We use this step to support your application further, providing us with insights unable to measure through questioning. 💻
After your work sample/final meeting, we'll make an offer for you to join our incredible journey.

Recruiting in this way means that we can assess your skills fairly, ensuring we minimise bias and find the right people for our open positions.
We ask questions using the STAR method, which allows you to give structured answers based on your experience.
