At Oneflow, I’m responsible for driving initiatives that shape a thriving, inclusive, and sustainable workplace. I lead our wellbeing strategy through our mental health platform, act as the go-to for internal health and engagement efforts, and support managers in building psychologically safe teams. Heading our employer branding efforts, I collaborate to align messaging across channels and create People-first content that reflects our culture and attracts top talent.

I also plan and execute company-wide events—from All Hands meetings and seasonal celebrations, to international kickoffs—ensuring every moment reflects our values. I oversee our physical office environment to support productivity in a hybrid setup, and as Environmental Manager, I maintain our ISO-aligned sustainability policies and lead internal green initiatives.
