• ​How long does your recruitment process take?

  How long is a piece of string? 😉

  The process can differ depending on the position, but we aim for three weeks. We recruit in an agile way, so when we find someone that we believe is a good match, we hire them. Easy peasy.

• I've just applied for a job, when will I hear from you?

  We don’t blame you!

  We’re constantly looking through our applications so our Talent Acquisition team will get back to you within a week after your application, whether we think you are a good match for the role or not.

  After your first interview at Oneflow, our response time is within three days after each stage.  

• Why do you use personality and reasoning tests?

  
  

  As much as we believe in people’s energy and using our gut feeling, we believe in science-based and fair assessment methods.

  Therefore, as part of our recruitment process, we use Alva Labs’ assessments to build a bigger picture of the people we interview. By doing this, we make sure our process is fair to everyone and gives us more information about their potential. 

• Can you give feedback on my application?

  If you have been unsuccessful in our recruitment process after meeting with one of our team, we will absolutely give personalised feedback based on our decision. 

  If you've not yet had an interview with us, we are unable to provide more feedback. 

• Do I need to speak Swedish to work at Oneflow?

  Nej, bara på möten och vid lunch.

  Only joking. Most roles at Oneflow are English speaking, since we are an international company, but it will depend on the role. If Swedish is a requirement, it will be listed in the job ad.

• Do you offer a relocation package?

  We provide relocation for some of our positions. If so, it'll be listed in the job ad. 

  Our package includes: application and payment of your working visa and residence permit, accommodation support and a step-by-step guide to help you settle in to Stockholm. 

  (And we’ll hold your hand for as long as you need us to). ❤️ 

• What's your office policy?

  We love being in the office as we see the importance of team collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

  We also understand the importance of hybrid work. So we're in the office 3 days a week.
