Chief Revenue Officer
We are looking for a revenue leader to scale ARR, align sales, product & marketing, and optimise funnels across segments, lifecycle stages & monetisation strategies in a growing SaaS business.

Who you are
We’re looking for a revenue leader who can design and operate an efficient ARR engine while understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of a scaling SaaS business. The ideal candidate will effectively work towards combining the strengths of sales, product, and marketing, driving several types of business funnels tailored for different customer segments, different life cycle stages and different monetisation strategies.

We therefore believe that you have extensive experience in aligning revenue strategies with data-driven, customer-centric product development methodologies.
Skills and experience
- At least 10 years of experience in Revenue Team and Business Strategic Leadership, with a strong track record of success at the founder, C-suite, or VP level.
- A deep understanding of market dynamics, including customer behaviours, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
- Expertise in revenue growth levers such as pricing strategies, sales optimisation, customer acquisition and retention and channel management.
- Demonstrated experience scaling revenue in high-growth software companies, preferably SaaS.
- Expertise in modern sales methodologies, including MEDDIC, and familiarity with leading-edge sales technology stacks.
- Experience in and a deep understanding of sales-led, marketing-led, partner-led and product-led go-to-market strategies, including how they interconnect to create a cohesive and effective approach to customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Proven success in leading global teams across multiple international markets is a merit.
- Strong background in analytics and financial modeling as it pertains to revenue strategy, and forecasting across departments.
- Proven ability to navigate organizational transformations and scale rapidly growing teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Bachelor / Masters degree in a relevant subject.

Areas of Responsibility
- The CRO will be responsible for driving revenue across the organization, overseeing revenue-generating functions such as Sales, Post Sales (Success), Partnership, Marketing & Channel Development and Revenue Operations.
- The CRO will work closely with the management team to align Oneflow’s growth strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage revenue growth of all new markets/subsidiaries.
- The CRO will own ARR related metrics and will drive KPIs like:
-Annual Revenue Growth (aligned with ARR targets)
-New Business Acquisition Rate and Pipeline Health
-Customer Retention and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
-Sales Efficiency Metrics, e.g. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Life Time Value (LTV)
-Performance and Engagement Scores of Revenue Teams
Overall Goals of the Role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that builds and aligns with Oneflow’s GTM product strategy and supports Oneflow’s company’s growth targets and long-term vision.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable revenue/sales and marketing teams across all regions and functions.
- Align Oneflow’s revenue strategy with its core values to foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and transparency.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs, leveraging modern sales stacks and methodologies, such as MEDDIC.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Optimize the customer lifecycle from lead acquisition through renewal and expansion, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Manage the Marketing team and align marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts with sales strategies.
- Partner closely with CPO to align revenue tactics with product, data and customer centric development methodologies.
- Work with the CFO to manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO on revenue-related initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Work closely with top management to set business strategy, establish focus, and ensure alignment across all departments.
- Inspire and develop the next generation of leaders within the revenue organization, creating a strong talent pipeline.
- Foster a result-driven culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and innovation that reflects Oneflow’s core values.
