The team
As a member of the Solutions Engineering Team at Oneflow you’ll collaborate closely with all our Revenue teams—including Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Managers—to support both prospects and customers in their technical journey with Oneflow.
You’ll play a central role in designing and delivering integration solutions, interfacing with systems like HRM, CRM,ERP and automation platforms. You’ll also work alongside our Product and Integrations teams to support custom projects and bring valuable insights from the market into our product development cycle. Collaboration is key in this role—you’ll be a technical bridge across multiple departments, contributing to both sales success and long-term customer value.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Sales to understand prospect challenges and deliver tailored technical solutions using Oneflow's product, integrations, and APIs
- Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) to prospects, customers, and partners
- Support Customer Success Managers by guiding existing customers through integration-related needs
- Work with Partner Managers to enable and support our growing partner ecosystem
- Assist with the technical components of RFPs and RFIs
- Collaborate closely with Product and Integrations teams on custom integration projects and to provide structured feedback from the field
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders across the customer lifecycle, from first call to implementation and beyond
Skills and Requirements
- A dynamic presenter with excellent communication and story-telling skills
- Comfortable navigating both technical and business contexts
- Strong customer-facing skills, able to convey technical value to diverse audiences
- Solid understanding of SaaS applications and integration best practices
- Hands-on experience with APIs (REST) and technical solutioning
- A team player with a curious mindset and eagerness to share knowledge
- Well-organized, with strong prioritization and planning skills
- Fluent in business English (written and spoken); French, Dutch or a Nordic language is a plus
- Previous experience in a pre-sales, solution engineering or software development role at a SaaS company is highly valuable
