What does a Client Solutions Manager do at Oneflow?

As a Client Solutions Manager you will help our customers and prospects with guidance in technical, functional and practical matters. You will also act as a link between sales/customer success and the integration teams to make sure that our integrations cover the customers needs. Your main focus will be to launch new integrations to Oneflow by sharing your knowledge with our customers. That knowledge is, apart from great knowledge of Oneflows product, also best practices and how to get the most of these tailor made workflows.

The team

You will be part of the Sales Support team at Oneflow. The team helps our sales department, prospects and customers with all types of integrations towards Oneflow, for example CRM, ERP and HR systems. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Partner Managers.

What we are looking for in you

Since a big part of the job is to support both Sales and Customer Success it is important that you as a person are open, down-to-earth and responsive. Having an interest in tech and skills suitable to explain, lead and guide others in the technical parts of Oneflows application and integrations. You should also be able to handle multiple projects at once and be able to identify alternative, smarter or simpler approaches in the projects and meetings you have with customers. To succeed in this role we would like you to have at least a couple of years in a Client Solution Manager role, or previous similar work. 

Qualifications

  • Social och outgoing personality with good communication skills
  • Ability to see the customers needs in a sales process and guide the customer to a good workflow
  • Good technical competence about API:s and its usages
  • Understanding and insight in SaaS applications
  • Great at prioritizing multiple different tasks
  • Well articulated and passionate communicator who enjoys interacting with people, using excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
  • You can speak in front of an audience and are comfortable running presentations

Meritorious

  • Insight in agile methodologies and how these are applied
  • Experience in software product development
  • Previous experience in working with CRM systems

As a Client Solutions Manager at Oneflow you will

  • Run product demos and presentations for prospects, customers and partners
  • Lead and monitor ongoing integration projects
  • Be a sounding board for Sales and Customer Success for technical questions and solutions
  • Participate in RFPs (Request for Proposal) and the pre sales process
  • Advocate for our prospects and customers wishes and requests for new functionality towards our Product Managers
