Who you are
We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our Partnerships team. You're a relationship builder with a commercial mindset — someone who knows how to turn a good partner relationship into real business impact. You thrive with autonomy, take initiative, and are energised by working across a diverse global partner portfolio of integrations, resellers, and solution partners.
What you'll do
Own and develop relationships with integration partners, resellers, and solution partners across global markets
Onboard and enable new partners, setting them up to drive pipeline and revenue for Oneflow
Identify and act on growth opportunities within the existing partner portfolio
Collaborate with sales and marketing to run co-selling and co-marketing initiatives
Skills and requirements
Experience managing B2B partnerships — integrations, resellers, or solution partners
A commercial mindset with a track record of driving partner-sourced pipeline or revenue
Strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or B2B sales

The recruitment process begins with an interview with Aleksandra from Talent Acquisition. Next, you will complete a personality and logic test, followed by a meeting with the Hiring Manager. The next steps include an assignment, a case interview, and a final interview (Grandparent interview). As the last step, we conduct reference checks and a background check.
