Who you are

We are building a data-driven culture where insights power every decision, from product strategy to customer experience. As a Data Engineer, you won’t just maintain the pipelines and the data platform, you will also influence data governance decisions, drive data quality initiatives and be a technical partner to the infrastructure team making sure our data platform is secure and up to date regularly. You are someone who is proactive and takes ownership and communicates technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines

• Maintain the data platform and keep all its packages up to date

• Model clean, testable data models in dbt for analytics and business stakeholders

• Partner with business teams to translate business needs into data solutions

• Ensure data quality, governance and security of our data platform

Skills and requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in data engineering

• Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of data modeling (dbt is a great plus)

• Proficiency in Python

• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and orchestration tools (Dagster is a great plus)

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS is a great plus)

• Understanding of CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with docker and Kubernetes
