As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the next phase of our product and company journey.

The role

As a Senior Product Manager at Oneflow, you will own a strategic product area end-to-end and play a key role in defining its long-term direction and business impact.

You will be responsible not only for execution, but also for setting the vision, identifying opportunities, and ensuring strong alignment between product strategy and company goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success and leadership to ensure we build the right things, not just build things right.

This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys making tough prioritisation decisions, and wants to have a measurable impact on company growth.

What you'll do

• Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area

• Own business outcomes and identify growth opportunities through customer insights, data, and market research

• Lead discovery initiatives to validate problems and solutions before development

• Make strategic trade-offs and prioritisation decisions aligned with company goals

• Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions

• Clearly communicate strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders across the company

• Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical and commercial constraints

Who you are

• You are a strategic thinker with strong product intuition and business acumen. You combine analytical depth with a strong sense of ownership and execution power.

• You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders with different perspectives, and making decisions with incomplete information. You care deeply about customer value and understand how product decisions translate into business outcomes.

• You enjoy being both hands-on and strategic, and you naturally elevate the people around you.

Skills & Requirements

• Several years of experience in Product Management, preferably within SaaS or B2B tech

• Proven experience owning product strategy and measurable business impact

• Strong understanding of product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision making

• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering and design

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution

• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments is a strong plus

Nice to have:

• Experience in contract management, fintech, legal tech or workflow automation

• Experience leading or mentoring other product managers

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence and product analytics platforms

• Fluent in Swedish
