Who you are
You’re a commercially minded Customer Success leader with experience guiding teams across multiple markets. You know how to lead through team leads, balancing strategic direction with a hands-on understanding of the day-to-day realities of Customer Success.
You thrive in an international environment and have worked with customers of varying sizes and complexity, including enterprise-level organizations. You understand how Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps work together across the customer lifecycle—and you actively collaborate across functions to drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.
You’re neither a purely top-down executive nor just an operational individual contributor. Instead, you shine in the space in between: close enough to the details to make smart decisions, and senior enough to set direction, drive change, and develop leaders.
What you'll do
Lead and develop the Customer Success organization across multiple markets through team leads, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and continuous growth
Own and drive key Customer Success outcomes such as retention, net revenue retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer value
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including handovers, renewals, and expansion
Build and evolve scalable Customer Success processes, structures, and ways of working that support both local markets and global customers
Act as a senior point of escalation and engagement for strategic and enterprise customers, while staying close enough to the operation to drive meaningful change
Skills and requirements
7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar commercial role within SaaS or technology-driven companies
Proven experience leading and developing managers or team leads, preferably in a multi-market or international setup
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to drive retention and expansion
A hands-on, change-oriented mindset with the ability to combine operational understanding with strategic leadership
