Who you are:

You’re a curious, strategic, and proactive marketer with a passion for growth. As our new Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll design and execute campaigns that drive demand, collaborating with designers and cross-functional teams to bring Oneflow’s plans to life. Analytical and data-driven, you thrive on optimizing performance, understanding consumer behavior, and managing acquisition costs. You know how to prioritize for maximum impact, juggle diverse tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. With a “can-do” attitude, you embrace challenges, learn fast, and aren’t afraid to ask for help.

What you'll do

• Develop and oversee growth strategies across digital platforms, aligning with organizational goals for pipeline and revenue.
• Lead planning and execution across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Bing Ads, and more.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Integrated Campaigns, ABM, Search, and Sales to deepen understanding of personas and the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Measure, analyze, and report on performance, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Refine Oneflow’s messaging and storytelling with Product Marketing to ensure it resonates with customers, investors, and employees.

Skills and requirements

• Proven track record of driving growth on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, G2.
• Experience managing SEO across multiple global markets.
• Passionate about AI and B2B marketing, eager to experiment with new strategies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to ensure seamless operations.
• Data-driven with a consumer-first focus, skilled in analytics (Google Analytics, Looker, Hockeystack, Dreamdata) to provide strategic recommendations.
