Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech scale-up located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish, all in one place. Turning clunky, static contracts into customer-oriented, digital contracts that feel like magic.
We now need an experienced Engineering Manager to keep our development organisation firing on all cylinders. You will guide a community of developers through hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance development, while collaborating with Product Managers, Product Designer, Developers, Tech Leads and other Engineering Managers to plan, build and maintain the Oneflow platform. Here’s how you’ll make an impact
- You will coach, mentor and grow a community of developers, creating an environment where everyone delivers their best work and advance in their careers.
- You will help translate roadmap initiatives into clear technical initiatives, guide the teams through discovery and execution and hold the bar on code quality, security and operational excellence.
- You bring credibility through code, whether reviewing critical PRs, shaping architecture decisions or jumping in to unblock a release, you are comfortable working in modern stacks.
- You drive continuous improvements by introducing metrics, refining processes and champion automation enabling teams to reach a high deployment frequency every sprint.
- You align our technical direction with others Engineering Managers, Tech Leads and non technical stakeholders across the company.
Your background
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including system design and end-to-end ownership in production, with a focus on either Python or React.
- A minimum of 5 years leading developers in an agile, product-focused setting, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
- Full-cycle mindset spanning discovery, architecture, coding standards, observability, CI/CD and incident response.
- Outcome oriented approach that balances speed and quality, sets measurable goals (we use OKRs) and delivers results.
- People first leadership style marked by clear communication, actionable feedback and an inclusive, psychologically safe culture.
- Experience with integrations, security best practices (OWASP, encryption) or scaling B2B SaaS products.
