Karen brings a wonderful Mexico City energy to the Talent Acquisition team, always ready to lift the mood and brighten everyone’s day. It took everyone in the office about 2 weeks to get to know her, since she’s always somewhere in the office spreading her contagious energy.

She’s also pretty good at her job too.


When she’s not entertaining everyone in the office, she’s writing creative messages to candidates to entice them to come and work for Oneflow. She’s hired a few great people up to now! But when you have a personality like Karen does, it’s not hard to attract similar people.

Whoever started the meme ‘Stop being such a Karen!’ clearly hadn’t met Karen Porter. She gives all the Karens of the world a run for their money.
