I started at Oneflow as a Tech Recruiter and since then have moved into a Team Lead position for the Talent Acquisition team. Hiring your own team is 100% harder than hiring people for other teams, let me tell you that. But we did a pretty good job in the end…if I do say so myself. 

If I’m not making new best friends in interviews, collaborating with hiring managers or setting up different workshops, you’ll find me in various parts of the office. I like to be involved with every team (so they can’t forget about me) but that's mostly because they've all made it the easiest thing in the world to move to Stockholm on my own. The culture at Oneflow is oddly precious, so I squeeze as much out of it as I possibly can.
