This is you:

You are the master of demand generation at Oneflow. You orchestrate campaigns with the goal to generate leads and ensure that they are passed to Sales in a scalable and automated way. 

You will plan, build and optimize our demand generation efforts, for e.g. paid social, Google Adwords, retargeting, lead capture on our website, email marketing automation, perform marketing experiments, and measure our marketing ROI and performance.

You get sales and marketing. You are good at identifying key trends and pain points that resonate with our buyers, and use these insights to craft campaigns through relevant channels.

You’ll be working closely with sales, product and our content team to produce assets needed for the campaigns, and with regional marketing for timing and production. Even if you’re not creating all the content, you can write a landing page that converts.

You understand the nitty-gritty of buyer data flow and tracking from our website, application, and social platforms, all the way through to our CRM (we use Salesforce) and how we might want to score, notify and pass our prospects to sales.

You are logical, methodical, data-driven and passionate about measuring and performing marketing experiments. You adopt a “always be testing” mindset and are not afraid to take initiatives.  

Responsibilities for the role:

  • Ensure lead generation goals are met
  • Identify customer segments to determine appropriate outreach strategies
  • Building marketing campaigns from start to finish in our marketing automation platform, paid and social ad platforms
  • Maintain marketing databases and our martech stack to ensure usability
  • Evaluate, maintain and implement platforms for marketing campaigns
  • Implement and measure performance and ROI of the campaigns
  • Scale our marketing automation effort
  • Optimize lead capture and conversion points on our website and application
  • Work with sales to identify conversion opportunities
  • Work with product to identify user acquisition opportunities
  • Run marketing experiments methodically
  • Plan and execute nurturing program and data hygiene process in our CRM and MAP (marketing automation platform)

Requirements for the role:

  • >3 years experience working with marketing and sales tech in an inbound marketing context (Salesforce, Unbounce, Pardot, Intercom/Drift)
  • Demonstrated understanding of demand gen operations from start to finish
  • Solid knowledge of Google spreadsheet and Excel for building reports
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and paid social and reporting tools (Data Studio, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM, social and viral mechanics
  • Great communication skills

It’s a plus if you also have:

  • Experience in web programming languages like HTML/CSS/jQuery and basic PHP
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field
