About you

We are looking for a senior Partner Manager to join our Partner team. An intelligent, hardworking, sales driven, ambitious and a well-rounded person. You also have great business acumen, a good sense of humor, and a drive to succeed. At Oneflow, we believe in our people and the potential they possess. 

As a Partner Manager you will be in charge of expanding and maintaining our network of partners. This requires that you have long field experience within business development and sales, a deep understanding of marketing and an extraordinary creative mindset. You are a natural in social settings, confident, professional, and have the ability to push and drive large projects. You will be the first contact in building relationships with potential and existing partners. You pave and coach the way for our success of growing pipeline and sales win with our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic thinking on how we accelerate our growth with partnerships
  • Perform market analysis and generate a qualified pipeline of partnership opportunities
  • Prospect, execute and close new business and partnership opportunities
  • Generate a qualified pipeline of partnership opportunities
  • Generate new sales and business through partner opportunities
  • Manage and build long term business relationships to create win-win situations
  • Overall responsible to drive revenue growth through partnerships· 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to identify and take action on partner needs and growth opportunities
  • Strive to increase partner satisfaction, build relationships and push the boundaries of the partners’ mindset
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application and service

 

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in complex software sales within cloud space
  • Passion for consultative sales, marketing and business development, with a firm knowledge and understanding of business operations
  • Successful track record from working with both sales and partnership programs
  • Highly professional, adaptable and exceptional judgment under any circumstances
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality
  • Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Driven by passion and inspired by challenges
  •  Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and take ownership of a project and bring it to successful completion
  • Well-articulated and passionate communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian.
  • Positive, competitive, confident personality with strongly developed persuasive skills and a customer-focused orientation.
  •  Self-motivated, intellectually curious and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision-making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills
