Who you are
You are probably in a leadership position within sales today and feel ready to take the next step into a role with more responsibility. You love sales and want to continue chasing those big deals, but you also want to become a leader, a guiding light for a team of aspiring, local SaaS sales stars.
People describe you as intelligent, empathetic, hardworking and ambitious. You have an entrepreneurial mind-set and long-term visions. Your track record is strong and you have a great business acumen, a good sense of humour and a drive to succeed.
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for establishing Oneflow in the UK, and growing the subsidiary to become a player to be reckoned with.
You and your team will work from our new office in central London. We have hired a team of Account Executives, SDRs and a local marketing resource, and the team will grow fast when we gain traction in the market.
Your role will slowly transform from a split between sales and leadership, to more leadership as the team grows. Both sides of this role should motivate you, and you should not be afraid of getting your hands dirty. A typical day for you will include running your own sales processes, coaching your team, joining them in important meetings, making sure activity levels are high and so on.
You will have a lot of support from HQ; all relevant central functions like Marketing, Sales Support, Partnerships, Legal etc, will be at your disposal. We will also have experienced Nordic Oneflow staff on site most of the time for the first 6-12 months. One of our core values is #inittogether, so you will never be alone on this journey.
When we’ve broken through in the market, we will establish a local Customer Success team.

Proven background within sales in the UK (B2B/SaaS preferred, but not a requirement)
