Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech startup located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish, all in one place. Turning clunky, static contracts into helpful, truly digital contracts that feel like magic.
We are now looking for Sales Director for our new office in Amsterdam. We want to grow Oneflow’s brand in the Benelux region, and we need passionate people to help us do that. If you’re looking for an exciting venture, bring your sales expertise to us!
Who you are
You are probably in an Account Executive or Team Lead position today and feel ready to take the next step into a role with more responsibility. You love sales and want to continue chasing those big deals, but you also want to become a leader, a guiding light for a team of aspiring, local SaaS sales stars.
People describe you as intelligent, empathetic, hardworking and ambitious. You have an entrepreneurial mind-set and long-term visions. Your track record is strong and you have a great business acumen, a good sense of humour and a drive to succeed.
What you will do
You will be responsible for establishing Oneflow in the Netherlands, and growing the subsidiary to become a player to be reckoned with on the Benelux region.
You and your team will work from our new office in central Amsterdam. We will initially hire 4-6 Account Execs / SDRs and a local marketing resource, and the team will grow fast when we achieve traction in the market. Hence your role will slowly transform from a split between sales and leadership, to more leadership as the team grows. Both parts of this role should motivate you, and you should not be afraid of getting your hands dirty. A typical day for you will include running your own sales processes, coaching your team, joining them in important meetings, making sure activity levels are high and so on.
You will have a lot of support from HQ; all relevant central functions, like Marketing, Sales Support, Partner team, Legal etc, will of course be at your disposal. We will also have experienced Nordic Oneflow staff on site most of the time for the first 6-12 months. One of our core values is #inittogether, so you will never be alone on this journey.
When we have enough customers we will establish a local Customer Success team.
This is a unique role where your personal and professional qualities will grow tremendously and since the Netherlands is a huge market, only you (and the sky) set the limits. We always work hard to reach our goals and we love to celebrate our wins together.
Must haves:
- Proven background within sales in the Dutch market
- Fluent in English
We’d like it if you have:
- Experience within B2B sales
- A result-oriented approach
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality
- Prior knowledge of SaaS-business (not essential, but great if you have!)
