The security team within Oneflow is responsible for the following:
Keeping employees and customers safe digitally - by ensuring the processes we use are secure, following industry standards and best practices, educating our staff on risks and mitigation and vetting suppliers and applications used at Oneflow.
Assisting all departments within Oneflow - We believe security should not be confined into a box and greater levels of security can only be achieved by fostering a collaborative approach by providing a consultancy service to all departments and involving the wide Oneflow community when implementing changes.
Inspiring and enabling safer ways of working - We believe our colleagues should have the right resources and knowledge to conduct their work and serve our growing list of clients so security aims to be an enabler and not a showstopper. This is achieved by creating an environment where everyone's voice can be heard and having an open door policy where all suggestions are welcomed and listened to.
Educate employees on Information security & Privacy - We believe security is everybody's responsibility at Oneflow and in order to ensure our employees are aware of their obligations, security practices and secure ways of working, the security team runs regular training sessions to foster a better understanding of security and privacy.
Review and assess technology being used within Oneflow - Security is at the core of what we do at Oneflow and as such, all applications and technology used to deliver the services we provide are carefully chosen and assessed to ensure that they meet both our standards and international standards.
Assessing risk assessments - By conducting risk assessments, internal audits, business continuity exercises etc, we can ensure that we are at the forefront of risks and when identified they are mitigated accordingly thus reducing the exposure to clients and employees.
Maintaining compliance - Within the security team we do not only ensure our employees are compliant with our own internal policies and procedures, but also ensure the entire Oneflow community is compliant against regulatory laws and regulations.
